Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Capability tokens let you scope and revoke access per agent.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and within the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not abuse, attack, or attempt to disrupt the platform or other tenants.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and fast; the targets we hold to are on the Status page. Enterprise SLAs are covered under the Enterprise agreement.
Liability
The service is provided as described, with the limitations of liability set out in the agreement. Nothing here limits rights that apply by law.
Termination
You may close your account at any time and export your data first. We may suspend access for AUP violations, with notice where practical.
