What's allowed
Build agents and applications that store and recall memory within your plan limits, lawfully, and with respect for other tenants.
What's prohibited
Illegal content, abuse or harassment, attempts to break tenant isolation, and probing or attacking the platform are prohibited.
Security & poisoning
Do not attempt to poison shared memory or bypass the promotion gate. Our defenses are described in Security & trust; responsible disclosures are welcome.
Fair use & limits
Stay within published rate and storage limits. We may throttle or suspend usage that threatens platform stability, with notice where practical.
Enforcement
Violations may lead to suspension under the Terms of Service. We aim to give notice and a chance to remediate where it is safe to do so.
