Roles
You are the data controller; we act as your processor for the customer data you store in the service, processing it only on your instructions.
Scope of processing
We process customer data to provide memory storage and retrieval, security, and support — for the duration of your subscription.
International transfers
Where data moves across regions, standard contractual clauses (SCCs) apply. You can select EU or US residency to keep data in a region.
Sub-processors
We use the providers listed on the Sub-processors page and commit to equivalent data-protection terms with each.
Security & breach notice
We maintain technical and organizational measures (see Security & trust) and will notify you of a qualifying breach without undue delay.
