What we collect
Account details, the memory content you choose to store, and operational telemetry needed to run the service. Your model API keys are stored as secrets and are not written to logs.
Why we use it
To provide memory storage and retrieval, to keep the service secure and reliable, and to bill for usage. We do not sell your data.
Where it lives
Data is stored in Neon (managed Postgres) and served through Cloudflare. You can choose EU or US data residency. Sub-processors are listed on the Sub-processors page.
How long we keep it
Memory is retained until you delete it or your retention policy expires it. Deletion is honored as a right-to-be-forgotten request — an audited carve-out from our append-only default.
Your rights
You can access, export, and delete your data. Export is available from the dashboard; data and deletion requests route through Contact.
